  • Celebrating The Lectionary, Resource Publications. Celebrating The Lectionary is a versatile, multidimensional and intergenerational approach to faith formation based on the baptismal catechumenate model recommended by the General Directory for Catechesis. Using the sacraments, the rhythms of the liturgical year and the cycle of Sunday readings, CTL works for children as well as adults and is designed so that Sunday worship reinforces your catechetical efforts.
  • Living Liturgy. Spirituality. Celebration. Catechesis for Sundays and Solemnities, Liturgical Press. This annual resource integrates spirituality and celebration, catechesis and pastoral practice, the ministry of the assembly and other ministries so that celebrating and living go hand-in-hand. It is deeply rooted in the celebration of the Sunday Eucharist, and is a wonderful resource for anyone working with, or teaching on liturgy.
  • At Home With the Word: Sunday Scriptures and Scripture Insights. Liturgy Training Publications. This annual resource contains the texts of the Sunday readings for the liturgical year, the responsorial psalms, and scripture reflections. It also includes questions for study and discussion. A good resource for developing a Question of the Week.
  • Sourcebook for Sundays and Seasons. Liturgy Training Publications.
Sourcebook has a daily calendar of feasts and fasts, saints’ days and commemorations—all with ideas for their observance in parish life. This quality liturgical resource is useful for anyone involved in planning Assemblies connected to the liturgical life of the parish. Some of the material is reproducible.
  • Workbook for Lectors and Gospel Readers Liturgy Training Publications.
This resource, popular in many parishes, is not to be overlooked. Ordinarily used by lectors, homilists, and liturgy planners it is a wonderful resource for small groups preparing the Question of the Week for their parish community. It is a wonderful resource for any small group working with the scriptures.
